In an effort to continue to provide fast and efficient service, we would like to take this opportunity to remind our valuable club members that the following are club policies and we request your cooperation in making this a fun and enjoyable season.

General Club Policies for Tennis and Racquetball

1)Individuals are responsible for paying their own memberships directly to the club, which are due no later than September 30, 2002.Membership cards will be issued by October 31, 2002 and anyone who does not have a card after October 31, 2002 may be required to pay a guest fee.

2)Anyone playing at the club must be a current paid member or pay a $10 guest fee.This includes players in all leagues, contracts and open court play.Guests are limited to 2 times per guest per season.

3)Current paid club members can make open court time reservations up to two weeks in advance.The club reserves the right to refuse reservations to non-members.

4)Everyone is required to show their membership card or sign in at the front desk prior to entering the courts.Full payment of any guest fees and the court fee for open court time is also expected prior to entering the court.

5)Cancellation requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for all leagues, contracts and open play.However, any additional advanced notice will be greatly appreciated.Late cancellations and no shows will be charged for the court.Contracts and leagues that are late cancellations or no shows will not be allowed a make up for that date.All make-ups must be scheduled prior to March 31, 2002.(Exceptions made for inclement weather.)

6)Contract and court cancellations can be: 1) a scheduled day off, 2) cancelled by the key contact of the group or 3) cancelled by the club, all of which are part of the three make-ups allowed at the end of the season.

Billing & Payments

1)Contracts will not be renewed until all contract members have paid their account in full.

2)Key Contact - As key contact for a group, if you are willing to accept the responsibility of receiving a bill for the full amount of the contract and issuing one check for payment of the contract you will be entitled to a $50 membership credit.(Only 1 membership credit per person.)

3)Full contract payments are due no later than September 30, 2002.

4)Membership credit will be applied to your account after verification of full payment of contract on or before September 30, 2002.Membership credit will be forfeited if contract is not paid in full by September 30, 2002.

7)Any contract member that still has an outstanding balance as of May 31, 2001 will not be eligible to renew their group’s contract until full payment for all past due amounts including service charges is received.

8)Any billings that are past due (after September 30, 2002) will incur a service charge of 18% per year on all outstanding balances when all or part of the balance is past due.
